Coast + Canyon Partners was founded by the team behind The Feil Group, ranked among the top 100 residential real estate teams in Los Angeles and top 1% in the Nation. For the past two decades, we specialize in high-end sales and custom homebuilding in the place we were born and raised: Pacific Palisades.

When the fires hit, we lost our homes. Within days, friends, clients, and neighbors called asking what to do next. Who to trust. Where to begin.
