Our Story Begins at Home

We've been behind some of the Palisades' most respected homes. Our work is rooted in experience and the highest level of quality,

but driven by something more: a need to restore, to reimagine, to return to the place we call home.

From Loss, a Beginning

Our story began long before January 7, 2025. We'd already spent years helping families design, build, and settle into homes across the Palisades. We were born here. Raised here. This isn't just where we work, it's the place we call home. Long before rebuilding became a necessity, we built trust, relationships, and homes throughout and exclusively in Pacific Palisades. 

Then came the fire and everything changed.

We lived the loss firsthand. Our homes lost. Our routines. Our sense of normalcy, gone overnight. But in that silence, something stronger emerged. We brought together the people we trusted, the experience we'd earned, and the relationships we'd built over decades, and we formed Coast + Canyon Partners.

We guide the permitting process by aligning you with the right professionals from city planning to coastal review, when needed. Our role is to streamline communication, reduce surprises, and help you stay a step ahead as approvals move forward.

While the General Contractor manages construction, we are your point of contact every step of the process, for support key decisions, design, logistics and your partners with endless experience to ensure the original vision comes to life. We keep communication clear, so you’re informed and empowered throughout the process.

Final Walkthrough + Closeout
